KING’S PAINT & HARDWARE INTRODUCES NEW 08600-KINGS CUSTOMER CARE LINE

South Africa’s fastest growing paint retail group, King’s Paint & Hardware, has kicked off the New Year on a high note with the launch of its new 08600-KINGS (or 08600-54647) customer care line.

Explaining how this new easy-to-remember number enhances their service offering, says joint Managing Directors Gary Hinde and Mathew Hinde: “We are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the royal treatment every time they deal with King’s Paint. Customers are offered specialist advice on paint selection, techniques and prices”.

Another benefit of the 08600-KINGS number, is that it offers a central point of contact to King’s Paint branch owners, suppliers and customers. “We have achieved phenomenal growth since opening our doors in April 2002. Expanding our operations to 11 stores in less than 18 months in Gauteng alone, with expectations to achieve similar growth throughout Southern Africa, has highlighted the need to streamline our communication process”, Mark says. “To this end we have created a central administration office that will take care of managing the 08600 number, as well as be responsible for the internal and external communication, marketing and day-to-day office management”.
