Paint Filters

From time to time we get called upon to supply paint filters, and the type of filtars that you need are obviously going to depend on the actual application they are to be used for. For example a DIY enthusiast painting out his den is not going to need as sophisticated equipment as the man in the paint spray shop of an auto manufacturers or an auto repair shop. For a simple house job it is quite easy to make your own paint filters from on old stocking of pair of tights. However this is not good enough for the spray painter.

There are a number of special paint filters available. For example the Graco line of spray painting accessories have three types of special paint filters – there is the inlet strainer, which lessens the chance of foreign particles from entering the pump, a selection of inline strainers designed to filter the paint/coating before it enters the HP hose, in order to limit blockages at tip, there are easy out filter (spring loaded) and the push in filters all with the purpose to limit blockages at tip. We can also supply a  60 mesh Nylon bag that is ideal filter your paint before it is used to spray.
